(GSM Insider) - Slate 7 Is Just One Of Many Tablets From Hewlett-Packard.
HP Slate 7 was officially announced at the Mobile World Congress 2013. It marks the return of HP to the tablet market and it is the first Android tablet from HP. But the HP Slate 7 is one of the many tablets that is coming from HP.
According to Alberto Torres from HP, HP needs to enter the tablet market in order to dominate the PC market. He added that the upcoming tablets from HP will suitable for work and entertainment. The HP Slate 7 focuses on entertainment aspect. Torres also said that the HP set to launch its tablets to different markets soon.
HP Slate features a 7-inch display, dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory, 3-megapixels rear-facing camera and a MicroSD slot. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
