The LG Optimus G Pro indeed looks like the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 in certain point of view. The physical menu button in the middle is similar to the menu button on Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Samsung Galaxy S3. But the LG Optimus G has the ultra thin bezel which makes it almost bezel-less.

LG Optimus G Pro and Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has the 5.5-inch size display. But the display of LG Optimus G Pro is the Full HD resolution while Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Samsung Galaxy S3 are rather "half" HD. So the pixels per inch of LG Optimus G Pro is the highest among these two Samsung flagships.

LG Optimus G Pro is powered by the 1.7GHz Snapdragon 600 APQ8064T quad-core processor while Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Samsung Galaxy S3 are powered by the Exynos 4412 quad-core processor. No way the Exynos 4412 going to defeat the Snapdragon 600. But the upcoming Exynos 5 Octa could challenge the Snapdragon 600.

The LG Optimus G Pro has a 13-megapixels camera while Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Samsung Galaxy S3 have only 8-megapixels main camera. For the front-facing camera, the LG Optimus G Pro has 2.1-megapixels while Samsung Galaxy S3 and Samsung Galaxy Note 2 have 1.9-megapixel.

So you can have a touch on the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 to understand the thickness of LG Optimus G Pro. Samsung Galaxy S3 is thinner among all three devices with a thickness not more than 9mm.

Not only the Samsung Galaxy S3 supported the wireless charging as the LG Optimus G Pro supported the wireless charging technology as well. LG Optimus G Pro is supporting the LTE network and the same goes to Samsung Galaxy S3 and Samsung Galaxy Note 2. But make sure you look for the correct model number for LTE model.
